Ze40 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ze40 platform. By registering for or using ze40 services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all ze40 users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any services provided by ze40, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the ze40 platform. Continued use following any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
- These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the platform.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register.
- Use of this platform is subject to applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of ze40 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts under a single individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ze40 will never ask for your password via email, message or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ze40 support team immediately.
- Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
- Your password must be kept confidential at all times.
- Ze40 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Ze40 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate or interfere with the operation of the system or any games.
- Sharing your account with other users or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits into a ze40 account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
Ze40 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these Terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ze40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the available methods in your account, including online banking transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means. ze40 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed according to standard timelines and are subject to identity verification.
- Ze40 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if suspicious activity is detected.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotional terms.
- Any third-party processing fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Ze40 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times. ze40 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Ze40's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ze40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Account inactivity for a specified period.
Any credit balance in an account closed due to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited at ze40's discretion.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software on the ze40 platform are the exclusive property of ze40 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content from this platform without prior written consent from ze40.
Third-Party Links
The ze40 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ze40 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from the use of such third-party services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ze40 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
